This OEM dirt cup cover latch with spring secures the dust cup cover on the Fuller Brush FB-JFM Jiffy Maid and matching Simplicity and Riccar S20PET bagless uprights. The latch holds the cover closed so the dust cup stays sealed during operation.

A broken latch or weak spring lets the cover open or sit loose, breaking the seal that keeps dust contained and airflow correct. Debris can then escape and suction drops. A fresh latch and spring restore a secure, sealed closure on the dust cup.
