Sold as C480-7000, this is granulated charcoal filter media in bulk quantity for the pet configurations of the MV machines and for the M1200. Charcoal does a different job from the rest of the filtration stack: dust is caught by the bag and the machine's filters, while the charcoal takes on the odor that would otherwise pass straight through to the exhaust.
