We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Replacement switch for the Hide-A-Hose 6000 PRO valve, SKU HS6000V-S. This is the small on/off switch used in the HS6000 valve and handle, supplied as the switch only — no wires are included, so your existing wiring connects to the new part.

When a central vacuum inlet stops triggering reliably — the system starts only when you wiggle the handle, or refuses to start at all — a failed valve switch is a frequent culprit. This inexpensive component is often all it takes to bring the inlet back to life, and swapping it is far cheaper than replacing the complete valve assembly.
