Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This 10-pack of Hide-A-Hose O-rings, SKU 302HHMO, solves a common retractable-hose annoyance: a hose that gradually slides back out of the inlet valve under its own weight. Fit the O-rings onto the handle end of each HAH hose showing the problem — the end you hold while vacuuming — where they add friction against the valve and keep the hose seated.

Start with one or two rings and keep adding more until the hose stays put. With ten in the pack, you can treat several hoses around the house or keep spares in the drawer for later.
