Flat spots, cracked hubs, and seized axles make a vacuum drag and scuff instead of roll — and on a commercial upright like the Hoover CH91600, bad wheels also throw off the nozzle height so the brush can't meet the carpet correctly. This kit handles the whole problem at once: it includes both the front and rear wheel assemblies, so one repair puts the machine back on a smooth, level footing. Everything installs in place of the originals with basic hand tools. Part #440016584.
