Replace the cracked, faded, or split exterior on your Hoover Concept One upright with this genuine outer shell (Part #43677323). The outer shell is the rigid exterior cover that encloses the bag chamber, protecting the disposable filter bag inside and giving the vacuum its finished appearance.
