Part 93002100 is the bottom seal gasket for the Hoover Elite Rewind dirt cup, the gasket that closes the joint at the bottom of the dirt cup.
A gasket that has compressed flat or split lets air sneak in around the joint on every pass, and with it comes a trail of the dust the machine just lifted, so some of what was picked up ends up settling back into the room instead of staying in the bin. Look for a faint ring of dust around the base of the cup after a cleaning session as the telltale sign.
It fits the Elite Rewind U5507900, U5507950, U5509900, U5509950, U5511900 and U5512900, and the UH40070 and UH40150HD.
