Part 93002421 is the nozzle front assembly for the Hoover H2510 Impulse cordless power mop - the front section of the cleaning head that meets the floor.
On a machine that puts solution down and takes it back up, the head has to stay sealed against the floor. Once the front assembly cracks, or its edge wears through from being run into baseboards and thresholds, that seal is gone: solution escapes at the front, the pickup path leaks air, and the mop leaves streaks and wet trails behind it instead of a floor that is nearly dry by the time you have finished the room.
With the front off, look at the pad and the seals behind it as well. A worn pad produces very similar symptoms, and the two often need doing together.
