The nylon shoulder strap for Hoover PortaPower canisters, part 48615001. It is listed for the C2093, C2094, CH30000, S1015-075, S1029-075, S1049, S1049-022, S1049-060, S1055, S1075, S1075-060, S1077, S1079, S1079-060 and S7065.

The strap is what makes a PortaPower portable. The canister hangs off your shoulder and both hands stay on the hose, which is the entire point when you are working stairs, vehicle interiors or anything above head height. Webbing frays where it runs through the hardware, and a strap that lets go drops the machine on whatever is underneath it.

Clip the new one to both anchor points and pull against it before you load the canister up. A strap is cheap; a cracked canister body is not.
