Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 304087001 is the primary filter shared across Dirt Devil's UD70200 and a large family of Hoover T-Max uprights, including the UH70600, UH70603, UH72600 and UH71250. The same part number is cataloged against both nameplates, with more than forty Hoover model numbers on the compatibility list alongside the Dirt Devil unit.
As the primary stage, this filter takes the bulk of the dust load before air reaches the motor. On a T-Max upright that shows up as suction that fades gradually rather than all at once, since the motor keeps running while it works harder against a filter that can no longer pass air freely. Left too long, that added strain on the motor is the more expensive consequence, not just weaker pickup, since a motor that has been working against a restricted filter for months wears faster than one that has not.
A primary filter is worth checking on a schedule rather than waiting for the machine to feel slow, because the loss is gradual enough that most people stop noticing it. Knocking the loose dust out between changes will stretch the interval where the design allows it, but treat that as a delay rather than a substitute: the fine material packed down into the media is what actually restricts airflow, and it does not shake back out.
