Part 4010063R is Hoover's Type R paper bag, sold five to a pack for the Sprint and Tempo canister lines.
On these canisters, a packed bag tends to show up as noise before it shows up as lost pickup. The motor works audibly harder against the restriction, and the nozzle can lose its bite on carpet well before suction feels obviously weaker at the floor. A fresh bag corrects both at once.
