Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part AH10170 is Hoover's Type SB allergen bag for the Insight commercial upright, supplied ten to a pack and listed for the CH95413 and CH95415.
The useful feature is the seal. These bags close their own opening as you pull them out of the machine, so the dust you spent an hour collecting does not come back out of the collar and into the room at the point of disposal. On a job where the vacuuming happens in an occupied office or a clinic, that matters more than any filtration number.
Allergen media also holds finer dust than plain paper, which keeps the downstream filters cleaner and the exhaust less noticeable. Change at two-thirds full rather than waiting for the machine to labour; suction goes off well before the bag looks full. Check the model number on your Insight before ordering, as Hoover's commercial range uses several bag types.
