Genuine Hoover flat drive belt (Part #38528036) designed for the power nozzle on Hoover WindTunnel series cleaners. This flat rubber belt connects the brush-roll motor pulley to the agitator, spinning the brush bar that beats dirt and pet hair out of carpet for the airflow to capture.
Flat belts naturally stretch and harden with use. A worn belt slips, slows the brush roll, and reduces deep-cleaning power; a broken one stops agitation entirely. Installing a fresh belt restores full brush speed and grooming performance.
