    Product details

    Hose cuff seal, part B434-5000, for the CC-series uprights sold as the Riccar R20, the Simplicity S20 and the Maytag M700. The seal rides inside the cuff where the hose meets the machine, and its only job is to make that joint airtight so every bit of suction reaches the tool instead of leaking at the connection.

    Rubber seals harden and shrink long before anything else on a vacuum fails. The usual tell is a hose that seems fine but delivers weak pull at the attachments, or a cuff that has started to whistle under load.
