Product details

The replacement filter for the Eureka Mighty Mite II and Mighty Mite III compact canisters, part 264.

A compact canister has very little filter area to spare, so this one matters more than its size suggests. It sits in the airflow path holding back fine dust before it reaches the motor. When it loads up, the machine changes note, with a higher, harder-working sound and less pull at the tool, and left long enough the motor ends up breathing the dust the filter was meant to catch.

Slide the new one into its housing in place of the old. Twice a year is a reasonable interval on a household machine; check it sooner if the vacuum is picking up plaster dust, pet hair or anything else that packs a filter quickly.
