Part B352-4800 is the inlet seal used at the hose port of 6-quart backpack vacuums, listed for the BPV backpack platform including the PF300BP. The seal closes the gap between the hose inlet and the body of the pack so incoming air is drawn through the bag rather than around the joint.

Seals are small and cheap and they are the first thing to blame when a backpack loses suction for no obvious reason. A flattened, torn or missing seal bleeds air at the inlet and no amount of filter cleaning will recover it.
