Beam Central Vacuum Inlet V...

Product details

This bisque inlet valve replaces the wall-mounted connection point on Beam central vacuum systems, the fitting your hose plugs into at each room, part 015615.

An inlet takes a small mechanical hit every time a hose goes in or comes out. Over years of that use, the valve and seal inside wear down until the connection no longer holds tight. The result shows up as reduced suction at that one wall port, a hose that will not seat, or a cover that will not close flush anymore.

Dust and lint can also work into an old inlet over time, which sometimes mimics the symptoms of a worn valve. It is worth clearing the opening before assuming the part has failed, but if the door will not latch or the hose keeps slipping loose even after cleaning, the valve itself needs replacing rather than just clearing. A quick comparison against a working inlet elsewhere in the house is usually enough to tell which one it is.

  • Fits: Beam central vacuum systems
  • Color: Bisque
  • Part: Wall inlet valve, part 015615
  • Tip: Match the bisque shade to your existing wall plates before ordering

Replacing a worn inlet is a straightforward swap and restores full suction to that room without touching anything else on the system.
