Part 4369467 is a 7-foot hose blank built for the Kenmore 21814 canister vacuum. As a blank rather than a complete hose assembly, it ships as bare tubing, so any handle switch or wiring your current hose carries has to be moved over rather than replaced new.
Hoses crack, split, or stiffen with age, and any of those lets air in along the tube instead of at the tool end, which drops suction no matter how well the rest of the machine is running. A fresh length of tubing restores a sealed air path once the old fittings are moved across.
