Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This flat belt is stocked as part FB335, a direct cross to Kenmore's own reference number 20-5286, and it fits Kenmore upright vacuums built around that belt size.

The belt runs from the motor shaft to the brushroll pulley, and the tension it holds is what keeps the roll spinning fast enough to beat dirt and pet hair free of carpet pile. As a flat belt ages it stretches and glazes, and a roll that turns slowly, drags, or stops while the motor still runs is the usual sign it needs to come out.
