This genuine OEM Kirby right trim strip (Part #630814) is made for the Gen 6 Avalir series, fitting the Kirby AVALIR, AVALIR 2, and AVALIR PLATINUM. The strip runs down the right side of the cover shell to protect the housing edge and finish the machine's lines.
Everyday contact with walls and furniture wears trim strips until they crack, peel, or break away, exposing the housing to impact and scratches. Installing the correct replacement shields those edges again and gives the vacuum a crisp, finished appearance.
