This genuine OEM Kirby BPI unit (Part #640303) is the internal component that directs airflow for dust collection on the G3 and AV2 platforms. It fits a wide range of Kirby uprights, from the GEN 3 and ULTIMATE G through the SENTRIA, Sentria II, and AVALIR series.
Because the BPI unit routes air toward the bag, a cracked or worn unit leaks and disrupts the airflow path, which weakens suction and filtration. Fitting the correct replacement restores proper air management so the machine collects dust efficiently again.
