This genuine OEM field coil is a critical motor component for your Kirby vacuum. A failed field coil results in a motor that will not start or runs intermittently. Designed for the Kirby AVALIR, Kirby AVALIR 2, Kirby AVALIR PLATINUM.
Field coil replacement is an advanced repair. If your vacuum motor has stopped working entirely or you smell burning from the motor area, the field coil may need replacement. Professional installation is recommended for this component.
