This genuine OEM Kirby left trim strip (Part #630901, model Ultg/de) fits the Kirby ULTIMATE G and DIAMOND EDITION. Mounted along the left side of the cover shell, it protects the housing edge and gives the machine a finished outline.
The left trim strip absorbs repeated knocks against furniture and walls, and over time it cracks, peels, or disappears entirely. Once it is gone the shell edge scratches easily and the vacuum looks worn. A new strip covers the edge again and restores the like-new look.
