The EBK340 power nozzle carries a small headlamp to light the floor as you clean, and part 10.9011-317 supplies the two pieces that make it work: the lamp tube and the starter that fires it.
Buy them together because they wear out together. A tube that flickers, glows dim at the tips, or refuses to strike is almost always riding on a starter of the same age, so replacing only the tube often means opening the nozzle a second time for the starter.
Fit the kit once the lamp goes dark, blinks for a few seconds before settling, or cuts on and off mid-clean. Suction is unaffected either way, but losing the light means losing the one job it does, which is showing what is hiding under furniture and along baseboards. It's built for the Wessel Werk EBK340 and EBK341 power nozzles. A dim or dead headlamp is easy to miss at first, since the nozzle still drives the brush roll and pulls suction exactly as before; the only thing missing is a clear view of what the brush is passing over under couches, beds, and low cabinets.
Check the model marking on the nozzle housing before ordering. This kit is listed for the EBK340 and the EBK341, and nothing here confirms it for the other power heads Wessel Werk builds, so match the marking rather than the look of the lamp.
