Lindhaus publishes the LB3's bag as a three-layer microfibre bag and rates its H13 filter at 99.97 percent efficiency down to 0.3 microns. The two work as a pair: the bag takes the bulk of what the machine picks up, and the filter catches the fine remainder before exhaust air leaves the housing. A synthetic bag of that construction holds more dust than plain paper before airflow starts to suffer, which is why the machine is specified with one.
