The Lindhaus PB14e L-ion is a self-powered electric power nozzle that carries its own lithium-ion battery, and this is the version supplied with the battery, the charger and the Dry Cleaning System. Lindhaus aims these at central vacuum systems, canister vacuums and backpack vacuums that have no electrified socket, because a battery nozzle gives those machines a driven brush roller with no rewiring at all.
The published figures are a 120 watt input, a brush width of 13.8 in against a vacuum working width of 15 in, a brush speed of 4000 rpm held constant as the load changes, more than 60 minutes of working time on a charge, 120 minutes to recharge, and 7.3 lbs with the battery fitted. A blue LED in the center of the nozzle reads out the battery charge level.
DCS stands for Dry Cleaning System, Lindhaus's patented carpet method: the nozzle brushes microsponges or a crystallizing product into the pile, about 20 minutes of drying follow, and the residue is vacuumed up with the same nozzle.
