This front roller axle is a replacement part for Lux (Aerus) and Perfect power nozzles, and it also fits the CO101 and DM101 upright power nozzles. The axle is the rod the front roller wheel turns on, carrying the leading edge of the power head so it rolls smoothly into the carpet pile.
A bent or worn axle causes the front roller to wobble, bind, or seize, which makes the nozzle hard to push. This replacement restores free rolling and proper alignment. Part #PPN23.
