Part A732-1500C is an M4 machine screw, 45 mm long, with a Phillips pan head, used in vacuum housings that call for this length and thread.

A screw this long usually passes through more than one layer of housing plastic and threads into a boss on the far side, so the length matters more than it would on a short fastener. A shorter substitute can leave the boss loose, and a longer one can bottom out or push through the far wall, cracking the plastic around the exit hole in the process.
