Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The cyclonic pre-filter separator from MD Central Vacuum (SKU 115AM) is a pre-unit filter tank that removes the bulk of incoming debris before air travels on to your central vacuum power unit. This is the tank only — no motor — designed to sit in-line ahead of the motorized unit.

How it works: dirty air arrives through an inlet positioned off-center in the tank's top. That off-center entry spins the airstream into a cyclonic cleaning action, and roughly 96% of the debris drops out of the air and falls to the bottom of the can. The cleaned air then leaves via a central opening in the lid and continues on to the vacuum unit itself.
