SEBO Microfilter Holder for C1.1, C2.1 and C3.1 Canisters — Dark Gray

Finish decides which of the two frames you need. The dark gray one is 6003DG, listed for C1.1 and C2.1 machines in teal or red, and for the C3.1 in red only.

The holder is the frame that carries the microfilter and clamps its edge down onto the housing, so that air passing that stage has actually gone through the media rather than around its border. Warp a corner with heat, snap a clip, or let the frame take a set, and the filter stops sitting square in its recess; from that point part of the flow takes the easier route past the edge. A frame that will not click home, or a filter found displaced when the compartment is opened, is the usual reason for buying a new one.

The filter is a separate item, so it is worth checking while the frame is out of the machine. Microfilters arrive in the Service Box C, 6198AM, alongside ten paper bags and an exhaust filter; that exhaust filter is also stocked alone as 6033AM, and the seal which works with the microfilter is 6034. A new frame closed down over media that has already collapsed simply repeats the fault.
