Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These motor carbon brushes for the Koblenz U-510 (Part #46-2024-1) are replacement brushes for the U-510 motor, matching part 2024. They ride against the spinning armature commutator and carry electrical current into the turning motor.

Carbon brushes wear down steadily, and once they are too short to make firm contact the motor loses power, sparks, or stops running entirely. A fresh set restores solid electrical contact and returns the motor to full, steady output.
