Part 10.1367.300 is the motor cover for Wessel Werk's 360-series power nozzles, the EBK360 and EBK361. It encloses the drive motor that spins the brush roll and shields it from the lint, hair and grit circulating inside any nozzle housing.
Once the cover cracks or loses a section, that protection is gone. Debris finds its way into the motor area, the assembly rattles because nothing is holding it closed, and the nozzle gets noticeably louder, since the cover is part of what keeps a power nozzle at its designed noise level in the first place.
A sound cover seals the housing again and puts the noise back where it belongs. Clear any accumulated debris from the motor area before fitting it, and confirm you have a 360-series nozzle rather than an EBK340 or EBK341, which use a different cover.
