NaceCare/Numatic M5 x 12mm ...

Product details

This is an M5 x 12mm Pozi pan countersunk screw used as a replacement fastener in Numatic commercial vacuum assemblies, SKU 219330.

The Pozidriv head is designed to resist cam-out under a powered driver, which matters on assembly work where a stripped head can mean drilling out the old screw. The 12mm length and M5 thread need to match the boss or panel you are securing into, since a screw that is too long can bottom out before the panel clamps tight, and one that is too short will not thread in enough to hold.

  • Size: M5 x 12mm
  • Head: Pozi pan countersunk
  • Use: Holds covers, brackets, and internal housings together on Numatic vacuum assemblies
  • Note: Special-order item

Compare the length and head type against the fastener you removed before ordering, since Numatic uses several M5 screw lengths across its range and a mismatched one will not seat or clamp correctly. Small fasteners like this one are also easy to drop or lose during a teardown, so it is worth ordering a couple extra if you are opening more than one panel on the machine.
