Product details

A small black collar, B351-7514 holds the neck of Riccar's full size power nozzle (FSPN) captured inside its base, with the sole function of stopping that pivot from working itself free over time.

For something this small, failure gets expensive fast. Once the collar splits or drops out entirely, slack develops at the neck, and that slack quickly transfers into the wiring and airflow connections sharing the joint, both pricier to replace than the ring protecting them.

  • Part: neck retainer ring
  • Color: black
  • Fits: Riccar full size power nozzle (FSPN)
  • Part number: B351-7514

Pair this with the neck base if the joint is already open and both parts show their age. Swapping the ring alone will not correct a neck that has already cracked, or a base already worn oversized, so look over the whole joint rather than assuming the ring explains everything. A ring that comes out brittle or already split is a sign the joint has been exposed to heat or age for a while, which is reason enough to check the base at the same time.
