Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These are the HEPA-class paper bags for the Oreck CC series upright, part AK1CC6H, six to a pack and sized for the BK95519.
Oreck's CC uprights are common in households managing allergies or pet dander, and a bag run past roughly two-thirds full is one of the more common reasons those machines stop performing the way owners expect. The paper's pores close up as dust loads in, airflow drops off, and the vacuum starts leaving more behind on carpet even though the motor sounds no different than it always has.
Six bags covers a reasonable stretch of regular use, and changing on reduced pickup, well ahead of the point where the bag feels packed, keeps the CC pulling the way it did when it was new. Anyone running the machine daily on a route or in a home with pets should expect to work through a pack faster than the occasional user would, and that is normal rather than a sign the bag is undersized. Keep a spare pack on hand if allergy season is the reason the machine runs more often than usual, since running out mid-season means either skipping a change or living with reduced pickup until a new pack arrives, right when the machine is being asked to work hardest.
