Part 83039-01 covers the right-side track and hub together, one piece for the LW100 Magnesium upright, so there is no second wear item to source once you have this one in hand. Lightweight uprights like this one lean on their tracks constantly, rolling over doorway thresholds, stair nosing, and tight pivots at the edge of a room.
Once the right track wears down or breaks apart, the whole machine starts to behave differently underfoot. Pushing it becomes lopsided, the roll turns into more of a drag, and the nozzle sits at a slight tilt that throws off how it meets the carpet on that side.
This part is specific to the right side of the machine only. If the vacuum has logged plenty of hours, it is worth checking the left track for matching wear while it is already tipped over for this repair, since the two rarely wear at exactly the same rate but often wear close to it.
Fit the new assembly with the machine unplugged and lying on its back for the entire job, lining everything up square and seating the unit fully home; your model's parts diagram shows how it retains. Spin the wheel by hand once seated to make sure it turns free of the housing before standing the vacuum back up. A wheel still dragging afterward almost always means the assembly is not seated fully home, not a bad new part.
