Product details

This is the black inlet foam seal for the Oreck XL21-700ECB upright vacuum. The foam gasket sits at the air inlet to create an airtight cushion where the inlet meets its mating surface, preventing air from leaking out of the suction path.

Foam seals compress and degrade over time, and once they harden or crumble, unfiltered air sneaks in and suction power drops noticeably. Fitting a fresh foam seal re-establishes the tight closure the XL21 relies on to pull dirt cleanly into the bag.
