Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a genuine Panasonic brush roll washer (Part #AMC681-424), sold per washer, for the Panasonic 7300 series upright vacuum. The washer is a small but essential spacer that seats at the end of the agitator (brush roll), keeping it properly aligned in the nozzle and reducing wear where the roller meets its support.
Although small, this component matters: a missing or worn brush roll washer can let the agitator drift sideways, cause uneven belt tension, or create rubbing and noise. Replacing it keeps the brush roll spinning true and the belt tracking correctly.
