This Perfect PCS-2 pet and fine brush cage (Part #BS6) is the slotted housing that holds and positions the soft pet/fine bristle brush roll inside the Perfect PCS-2 canister power nozzle. The cage keeps the brush roll properly seated and aligned so it spins true against the floor for even pickup of pet hair and fine dust.
The pet/fine brush system pairs gentle bristles with the power nozzle's drive to lift hair and fine debris from low-pile carpet and bare floors without scattering it. A cracked or worn cage causes the brush to wobble, vibrate, or sit unevenly, hurting cleaning results.
