Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This Phillips head screw (part #104509, 4mm x 16mm, 0.07 pitch) secures the handle assembly on ProTeam ProForce upright vacuums. It anchors the handle to the body so the grip stays firm during use.

A missing or stripped handle screw leaves the handle loose and wobbly, which makes the machine awkward to steer and puts stress on the surrounding plastic. Fitting the correct size screw restores a solid, safe handle connection.
