Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Central vacuum pipe needs to be secured at intervals as it travels through joists, studs, or a basement ceiling, both so the line does not sag under its own weight over a long run and so it does not vibrate or knock against framing while the system is running. A strap like this one wraps around the pipe and screws to the framing to hold it in place.
