Product details

A power nozzle is what makes a central vacuum work on carpet. Suction alone lifts what is sitting on the surface, but it takes a driven brush roll to shake loose the grit that has worked its way down to the backing. This is the Nutone power nozzle unit, part CT700, listed against the Nutone 4804.

Owners usually arrive here after a nozzle motor has burned out or the head has been damaged beyond repairing. From that point carpets look dull between deep cleans no matter how long you spend on them, because nothing is agitating the pile any more.

Fitting a working nozzle brings the system back to upright-level cleaning on carpet. Check the wand and hose connections on your system against the nozzle before ordering.
