Standard black hose cuff in the 1-1/2 in. size, part K1112B, for crushproof vacuum and extractor hose. The cuff is the rigid collar at the hose end — the piece that seats into a machine inlet or accepts a wand and holds the connection tight.

Cuffs get destroyed well before the hose they are fitted to. Dragging an extractor line across concrete grinds the collar out of round, and once it stops sealing the connection leaks air and the hose works itself loose in the middle of a job.
