    MN215M names a 15 in. nylon brush in Powr-Flite's medium grade, at .028 in. fill diameter, sized for 17 in. floor machines and weighing 8 lb with its clutch plate included. It takes the place of Powr-Flite's older UM214, 717P and 717S numbers.

    A medium-firmness bristle occupies the middle of Powr-Flite's brush lineup: stiff enough to clear the traffic soil and scuffing a soft, polishing-grade brush would leave behind, gentle enough to still run on a floor whose finish is worth protecting. Powr-Flite recommends it for vinyl, epoxy, linoleum and sealed concrete under light-to-moderate everyday cleaning.

    Powr-Flite names the C171HD and the NM171HD, its own 17 in. floor machines, as what this brush is listed against. Being a mid-firmness grade covering several of the surfaces above, it suits a route that takes in more than one floor type without a brush change between stops. The included clutch plate mounts it straight onto a compatible machine's drive spindle, so no separate hardware purchase is needed to put it into service, and the same mounting works across both machines it is listed for.
