This is the cloth filter Powr-Flite specifies for its 20 gallon wet/dry tank vacuums, sold under part number WD4. Fabric media handles the coarse, heavy soil these machines see on construction cleanup and shop floors, and unlike a paper element it can be shaken or brushed out between uses rather than thrown away every time it loads up.
