The Gulper II is Powr-Flite's flood extractor, the class of machine brought in after a water loss when carpet is holding standing water and a general-purpose wet vacuum cannot keep up. Flood extraction is a volume job: the aim is pulling water out of the pile and the pad quickly enough that the drying equipment behind it has something it can actually finish.
