Model PFMW18 carries the Multiwash XL name, the wider-bodied entry in Powr-Flite's multi-surface floor scrubber line. Its cleaning path measures 18 inches against 13 inches on the standard Multiwash, roughly fifty percent more floor per pass, and Powr-Flite rates it at 7,500 square feet per hour where the smaller machine is rated at 5,500. Twin counter-rotating brushes turn at 650 RPM here as well, so stepping up to the XL is about covering more ground and carrying more solution rather than about gaining a new surface capability.
Because the XL sweeps an 18 inch path and the Multiwash 14 sweeps 13, brushes are sized to their own machine and do not carry across the two.
