The Powr-Flite Prowler, model PFX900S, is a self-contained carpet extractor with a 9 gallon solution tank and an 18 in. cleaning path — sized for crews covering large commercial carpet without stopping to refill every few minutes.

Its narrow body gets through doorways and between furniture, and the 12 in. wheels let one person take it up a stairwell. Construction is heavy-duty polyethylene with a stainless steel brush housing. Two spray jets put solution down at 100 p.s.i. and lift out for cleaning; a chevron-style floating brush runs at 1300 RPM ahead of a fixed vacuum shoe; and a 3-stage vacuum motor pulls the water back out so the carpet returns to service sooner.
