Product details
Where the PS320 depends on the operator for forward motion, the PS900BC supplies its own. A 12 volt, 300 watt battery runs a 36 in. sweeper for about three hours on a charge, with toothed belts driving both wheels at the same time so it holds a line under load rather than veering off it.
The sweeping arrangement is Powr-Flite's Quadra Brush System: two side brushes pull debris out of corners and edges into the path of two counter-rotating main brooms, which lift it back into a 13 gallon collector. Broom and side-brush height both adjust continuously, so one machine covers smooth concrete and broken asphalt without settling for a compromise setting. There is no front guiding roller, which is why it rolls over a soda can and collects it instead of pushing it along.
Powr-Flite rates the machine at 43,050 square feet an hour and at 65 dB with its high filtration dust filter fitted, and it will take a grade of up to 18 degrees. It measures 47 by 31 by 32 inches and weighs 123 lbs before batteries.
Worth knowing before you need them: the dust filter is PS905, the main brush roll is sold in half sections as PS972, and the side broom is PS988. Send us the model and serial details if the machine has been in service a while and we will confirm against the parts list.
