Red pad driver from the Powr-Flite PFS scrubber accessory range, stocked as part PFS20PD. A pad driver takes the place of a brush on the machine and grips a floor pad, so a single deck can move between bristle scrubbing and pad work such as light stripping, buffing or a maintenance polish.
Drivers wear from the pad side. Once the gripping face packs down, pads start to slip or wander off center and the operator ends up fighting the machine instead of cleaning with it. Replacing the driver costs far less than chasing that symptom around the floor.
